Refund Policy
Non-refundable payments
Because AvoPolisher is a digital service delivered instantly, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This includes monthly charges and any plan changes.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Pro or Premium subscription at any time — there are no cancellation fees and no questions asked.
What happens when you cancel
- You keep your paid tier until the end of the billing period you already paid for. If you cancel halfway through the month, you still get the full month.
- After the billing period ends, your account is automatically moved to the Free plan (10 polishes a day).
- Nothing is deleted. Your account, settings, and preferences stay exactly as they are — only the plan changes.
How to cancel
- Sign in to AvoPolisher.
- Open Settings (your account menu).
- Click Manage subscription — this opens Stripe's Billing Portal, where you can cancel.
Failed payments
If a monthly payment fails, Stripe will retry the card on its own schedule. Your paid tier stays active while retries are in progress. If payment ultimately can't be collected, your subscription will be canceled and you'll be moved to the Free plan at the end of the billing period — same as a normal cancellation.
