Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and AvocadoWeb Services LLC ("we", "us") for your use of AvoPolisher. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use AvoPolisher.
1. What AvoPolisher is
AvoPolisher ("ASL to English Polisher") is a writing tool: you paste ASL-influenced writing, and it returns natural written English in a casual or formal mode, with your voice preserved. The polishing is done by AI. The service lives at AvoPolisher.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use AvoPolisher.
- One account per person. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Keep your password safe. If you think someone else is using your account, change your password and tell us at [email protected].
3. Plans and billing

- Pro and Premium are recurring monthly subscriptions, billed through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
- Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription (this opens Stripe's Billing Portal).
- After you cancel, you keep your paid tier until the end of the billing period, then you're automatically moved back to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — your account, settings, and history stay as they are.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
- We may change prices in the future. If we do, existing subscribers will be told before the new price applies to them.
4. Acceptable use
Use AvoPolisher lawfully and don't abuse it. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: no illegal content, no harassment or hate, no trying to dodge usage limits, no attacking or scraping the service, and no reselling access without our permission.
5. Your writing, our service
- You keep all rights to the writing you paste and the polished text you receive. We claim no ownership over your words.
- We own AvoPolisher itself — the site, the code, the design, and the name. Don't copy, resell, or rebrand it without written permission.
6. AI disclaimer
AvoPolisher uses artificial intelligence, and AI can make mistakes. Polished text may contain errors or change your meaning. Always give important text a quick read before you send it anywhere. We're not responsible for decisions you make based on polished output.
7. No warranties
AvoPolisher is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or perfect for your purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AvocadoWeb Services LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing).
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If the changes matter, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. Continuing to use AvoPolisher after changes means you accept them.
10. Termination
You can stop using AvoPolisher and delete your account anytime by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
